Sitting in meditation at Yin hour doubles the energy!

Among the 12 two-hour periods in a day, the Yin hour we mentioned generally refers to 3:00 - 5:00 in the early morning.

Every day at Yin hour, it is generally when most people are in deep sleep, that is, the quietest time. Sitting quietly at this time is very easy to enter a state of tranquility.

Yang qi rises at Yin hour.

Yin qi descends, and yin and yang intersect.

At Yin hour, yang qi rises and yin qi descends, and heaven and earth intersect. At Mao hour, the sun rises and the yang qi of heaven and earth is released. At this time, it is not suitable for cultivation as one needs to replenish the yang qi of the sun.

Pure yang at Yin hour.

Negative substances in heaven and earth disappear and there will be no deviation.

At Yin hour, it is pure yang. At this time, negative substances in heaven and earth disappear. It is most suitable for our human body to cultivate without deviation and is very safe.

Sitting in meditation at Yin hour.

The ability to transport nutrients is greatly enhanced.

For the human body, at Yin hour, the lung meridian is in charge. The lung governs all meridians.

At this time, all the meridians of the human body gradually wake up and receive the nutrients transported by the lungs. Only after all the meridians are nourished will people become extremely energetic.

This is not a suitable time for exercise because the meridians have just received nutrients and have not digested them yet. If you exercise at this time, it is very easy to injure the meridians.

Usually, most people are in deep sleep at Yin hour. At this time, the qi and blood circulation of the human body is the slowest. Therefore, the ability to transport nutrients is extremely limited, and the ability to nourish all meridians is also very limited.

At this time, if you have overconsumed during the day and the nourishing ability at Yin hour is very limited, the expenditure of the body is greater than the consumption, and diseases will slowly lurk.

If you get up and sit in meditation at Yin hour, our body is still in a deeply relaxed state of rest, but the qi and blood have begun to circulate at high speed, and the ability to transport nutrients is greatly enhanced.

This can fully nourish all meridians, thus having enough ability to support the consumption during the day and making our body healthy and energetic.

The kidney essence is nourished and benefits the brain marrow.

The bone marrow regenerates and reverse growth can be achieved.

In the earthly branches of Yin hour, there are three heavenly stems, Jia, Bing, and Wu, corresponding to the gallbladder, small intestine, and stomach. According to the exterior-interior relationship, it is related to the liver, heart, and spleen.

If you drink a cup of warm boiled water before sitting in meditation at Yin hour and then start to sit in meditation. At this time, the spleen that controls blood, the liver that stores blood, and the heart that pumps blood all wake up and start to move.

Coupled with the lung meridian being in charge, all four internal organs start to move, re-digesting and absorbing the nutrients in the body and nourishing the innate kidney essence.

When the kidney essence is nourished, it begins to benefit the brain marrow. When the brain marrow is replenished, the bone marrow regenerates, and the human body begins to move towards a younger direction.

Among the 12 two-hour periods, only Yin hour can meet the above conditions. No other two-hour period has this condition.

Therefore, the effect of sitting in meditation at other times cannot reach the effect of sitting in meditation at Yin hour.

Sitting in meditation is not thinking about nothing at all. Instead, it is not indulging in wild thoughts. One should have positive thinking, that is, have positive mindfulness. Meditating on Zen or guarding the acupoints is concentrating on one thought and delving into it until reaching the peak, that is, attaining enlightenment.

Every time you start to sit in meditation, first take deep and rough breaths for ten minutes. This will dredge the repressed and disordered systems within you and restore their normal operation patterns.

Why do we need to learn to sit in meditation? It is to train the unity of body and mind. Wherever you are, your mind should be there. No matter which way you choose, as long as you achieve the unity of body and mind, you will succeed in anything you do.

If your body is not relaxed when sitting in meditation and is very tense, and your mind is overly focused on the top of your head and guiding upward, your head will be very painful and your blood pressure will rise. Therefore, when sitting in meditation, your body and mind must be relaxed. The more relaxed you are, the better the qi and blood will sink.
