Fan Changsheng (?–318), also known as Chongjiu or Yanj iu, was a native of Danxing in Fuling (present-day Qianjiang, Sichuan) during the Western Jin Dynasty.
He lived in a cave on Mount Qingcheng in Guan County, Sichuan, and was the leader of the local Tianshi Dao (Celestial Master Dao). During the uprisings led by Li Te and Li Xiong, he provided military supplies and funds.
After Li Xiong proclaimed himself emperor, he appointed Fan Changsheng as prime minister, with the title "Heaven and Earth Grand Preceptor" and the honorific "Venerable Fan". He authored Annotations on the I Ching, which was included in Li Dingzuo's Collected Explanations of the Zhouyi during the Tang Dynasty.
