The Supreme Dongzhen's Mysterious Wandering Chapter
The author of The Supreme Dongzhen's Mysterious Wandering Chapter is unknown.
It was probably written by Taoist priests of the Shangqing School during the Southern and Northern Dynasties, or the Sui and Tang dynasties.

It is a one-volume work and included in the Supplementary Taoist Canon (Xu Daozang).
This text focuses on the ritual methods for reciting eulogies. It contains ten five-character eulogy poems, titled "The Eulogy of Circling the Ten Directions".
When Taoist priests hold fasting and sacrificial rituals (zhaijiao), they perform the "Mysterious Wandering" ritual to pay homage to the Ten Directions, and chant these verses to praise the divine spirits.
This text is included in the book The Eulogies and Verses of the Various True Beings in Shangqing.
Volume 96 of The Seven Slips of the Cloudy Satchel (Yunji Qiqian) also includes excerpts from this text.
