The Water Official, also known as "the Third Rank Water Official of Xiayuan who Resolves Calamities" (Xiayuan Sanpin Jie'e Shuiguan), is namely the Grotto Yin Emperor (Dongyin Dadi) and belongs to the Jade Pure Realm (Yuqing Jing).
