Dongxuan Lingbao Taishang Liuzhai Shizhi Shengji Jing, the author of which is unknown.
The first half of the scripture is identical to the Zhaijie Lu (Record of Fasts and Precepts), so it is presumably a Taoist text from the Sui and Tang dynasties.

The Southern Song-dynasty Mimu (Secret Catalogue) records this text as one scroll.
The first half of the scripture discusses the methods of fasting and observing precepts, covering content such as the Five Precepts and Ten Good Deeds, the months and days for practicing fasts, the types of fasting methods and their functions, and so on. The second half focuses on Taoist cultivation, including discussions on nurturing nature and sustaining life, Taoist techniques, moral cultivation, and learning the Dao to cultivate one’s character, among other topics.
The main purpose of the entire text is to instruct people to cultivate the Dao and preserve health, practice tranquility and non-action, and perform good deeds to accumulate merits, in order to seek peace, joy, blessings, and longevity.
