One of the Sixty-Four Hexagrams: Shui Feng Jing Hexagram: Jing Hexagram [Supreme Auspicious Hexagram] Longing for Worthy Talents

Hexagram Name:
Jing Hexagram [Supreme Auspicious Hexagram] Longing for Worthy Talents

Image Interpretation:
A dry well has been neglected for years, but suddenly fresh spring water gushes forth. It nourishes life and quenches thirst, earning people's admiration; fortune turns for the better, and joy comes naturally. This hexagram is formed by the overlapping of two different trigrams (Xun below and Kan above). Kan represents water; Xun represents wood. Trees thrive when nourished by water. People rely on wells for survival, and wells are dug by people. They sustain each other: the well nourishes people with water, which flows endlessly. Humans should emulate this virtue, working diligently and encouraging themselves.

Career:
You are in a stable state. It is neither advisable to rush forward nor to retreat. Instead, you should strive to improve yourself with a positive attitude, strengthen your personal capabilities, and wait for the right opportunity to rise—great achievements will surely follow. The greatest fear is stagnation, for it will lead to being eliminated as you become outdated.

Business:
The market situation is favorable, so you can continue with your original strategy. Meanwhile, keep up the spirit of diligence and enterprise, sincerely explore the market, and pay special attention to cooperation with others. By assisting each other, you will enrich and accumulate experience in practical activities.

Pursuit of Fame:
Study hard with the proper aim of contributing to society. You should especially seek advice from virtuous and worthy people, so that you may be discovered and recommended.

Travel:
Do not travel casually unless it is absolutely necessary and you have full confidence.

Romance and Marriage:
There is no need to rush; a suitable partner will come along.

Decision-Making:
You are intelligent, quick-witted, and willing to help others. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to fully display your talents. As long as you learn from the spirit of the "well"—sincerely dedicating yourself and constantly enriching your abilities—you will surely gain society's recognition.
