Hexagram Name:
Xu Hexagram [Moderately Auspicious Hexagram] Uphold Righteousness and Await Opportunities

Image Interpretation:
A bright pearl has been buried deep in the soil for a long time, remaining without luster or brilliance until the present day. Suddenly, a strong wind blows away the soil, and it naturally reveals itself, regaining its glory. This hexagram is a combination of different trigrams (Qian below and Kan above). The lower trigram Qian signifies steadfastness and vigor; the upper trigram Kan represents peril and predicament. When strength encounters danger, it is advisable to act in a steady and prudent manner, refraining from reckless moves. By observing the times and waiting for changes, all endeavors will surely achieve success.

Career:
The key lies in assessing the situation and waiting patiently. Success is attained through calmness and composure; never take risks, as haste will lead to failure. One should be full of self-confidence, remain undaunted in the face of danger, and adhere to justice and neutrality, which will surely enable one to turn peril into safety. Even when circumstances are favorable, one must still be mindful of potential risks in times of peace.

Business:
At the initial stage of action, the situation will be difficult. One must exercise great patience to create conditions and opportunities, conduct affairs with openness and integrity, observe the times and wait for changes to fulfill aspirations. When things are approaching success, one should be even more cautious, ensuring not to fall short of success at the last moment.

Pursuit of Fame:
The time is not yet mature, so one should wait patiently. At this point, one should strengthen one's beliefs, not be swayed by gossip and rumors, strive to enrich oneself, and then seek assistance from reliable individuals to achieve success.

Travel:
After making thorough preparations, one can proceed without any mishaps.

Marriage:
Be prudent and never act hastily. Gradually cultivate feelings, treat each other with sincerity and enthusiasm. Although there may be unexpected changes, a good outcome is still possible. Both parties should understand the principle of overcoming hardness with softness.

Decision-Making:
The future is promising, with lofty ambitions that can be realized. To achieve this, it is necessary to accumulate strength and wait for the opportune moment, as great talents often mature late. One possesses a strong will and a calm mind. There will be difficulties and obstacles along the way, so one must be extremely careful, face slander from petty individuals calmly, and remain composed in the face of disasters. Do not act impulsively; choose the direction calmly. Be humble and straightforward in dealing with others, and receive help from many people, which will facilitate the success of the undertaking. When the time comes, everything will surely proceed smoothly.
