Zi and Chou combine and transform into Earth; Yin and Hai combine and transform into Wood; Mao and Xu combine and transform into Fire; Chen and You combine and transform into Gold; Si and Shen combine and transform into Water; Wu and Wei combine and transform into Earth or Fire. When Shen, Zi, and Chen are all present, they transform into Water; when Hai, Mao, and Wei are combined, they transform into Wood; when Yin, Wu, and Xu are combined, they transform into Fire; when Si, You, and Chou are combined, they transform into Gold. The combination formed by the Three Meetings (San Hui) represents the prosperous Qi in one aspect, and its Yin-Yang and Five Elements Qi is extremely prosperous.
