Supreme Divine Incantation for Longevity 太上神咒延寿妙经

At that time, the Primordial Heavenly Venerate strove to safeguard all living beings, add to their lifespans, and redeem them from mortal afflictions, illnesses, and bitter calamities—upholding the eternal harmony of Yin and Yang. Then the Lord of the Way knelt long and bowed his head in reverence, single-mindedly seeking to banish chaos and eradicate all evils, that blessings might endure through endless generations. The General of Jiazi grants life and augments my lifespan tally; may the Heavenly Venerate’s wishes be fulfilled, and may He hasten to answer the call of those in need, bestowing the full measure of heaven-ordained longevity. This sacred teaching shall circulate unimpeded throughout the ages. The sacred Taoist Talismans shatter the five vacuities, six wastages, evil dreams, and harmful obstacles, as well as karmic curses and malicious incantations. Those who receive and uphold this Scripture shall be shielded from all harm, protected by the talisman for a hundred years.

Whoever is beset by annual calamities, monthly misfortunes, or perils of every day and hour—after wearing the talisman, all such calamities and taboos shall vanish without a trace. Those who embrace this Scripture, a precious treasure enshrined in The Daozang, shall have their years lengthened and lifespans extended, safely pass through disasters and adversities, and redeem their mortal fate. Their name shall be struck from the register of death in the nether offices and inscribed among the living in the Palace of Wenchang. On the six fasting days, the ten upright days, the Jiazi and Gengshen days, and the eight solar terms of one’s birth year, those who recite and contemplate this Scripture shall have their soul and spirit purified and rectified, their white hair turned black once more. Their body and mind shall be calm and stable, and all their sincere wishes shall be fulfilled.

Across the Three Rivers, Four Seas, Nine Jiangs, and Eight Extremes, the True Immortals, immortal boys and jade maidens, the earth deities of the Three Realms, the Three Officials and Nine Bureaus, and all divine beings—upon hearing this Scripture upheld—shall eradicate all bitter afflictions for the reciter. Boundless sins such as stubborn rebellion, vile wickedness, disrespect for teachers, contempt for the Dao, defilement of heavenly scriptures, treachery, theft, and greedy pursuit of gain shall all be dissolved and dispelled. Those who recite this Scripture six times day and night shall be forever free from the five pestilences and noxious poisons in their homes. All ferocious demons in the world shall flee ten thousand li away. Hasten, hasten, in accordance with the sacred law of the Dao!

太上神咒延寿妙经

尔时，元始天尊救护益算，济人身命疾病苦厄。是时，道君长跪稽首，一心除乱，众恶消灭。甲子将军，生我益筹。天尊所愿，愿得成就。寻声往救，寿筭天年。世世不休，流通无碍。符破五虚六耗恶梦妨害，复连咒诅。若能受持此经，不相加害，符保百年。

若有年厄月厄，日时众厄，佩符之后，无有厄忌。若能受此经，延年益筭，过度灾厄，寿命延长，拔赎年命，簿中断死。文昌宫中，注上生名。六斋十直，甲子庚申，本命八节，诵念是经，魂神澄正，素发还青。身心安定，万愿从心。

三河四海，九江八极，诸真人等，仙童玉女，三界地祇，三官九署，一切神明，闻持此经，即为消除一切苦恼，顽逆丑恶无量大罪，轻师调道，秽藉天经，奸邪偷盗，贪利入身，皆蒙释散。日夜六时，诵念是经，五瘟疫毒，永离家门。世上凶魔，奔驰万里，急急如律令。
