The willow trees by the river are blown down by the wind, yet even when it reaches Chang'e, she is not alarmed. When light, it is as light as dust in the air; when heavy, it is as heavy as a thousand catties of iron. When white, it is as white as snow in the sky; when red, it is as red as the blood of a orangutan. Fourth Brother of the Weaving Maiden, Goulou Jili, Dengseng Dese. Hasten, in accordance with the divine law!"

When the Thunder Gods, Fire Masters, and all heavenly beings heard this incantation, the sky darkened and the earth turned black; winds stirred and thunder surged. Thunder and hailstones roared, mist and rain rushed and split apart. Mountains and rivers trembled with sound, and the universe was enshrouded in dimness.
