Great Elixir Dialogues
This text expounds the methods of Internal Alchemy. The first half is framed as a dialogue between Ge Hong and Zheng Siyuan, discussing the way to preserve the spirit and prolong the physical form, as well as such matters as refining elixirs from golden essence and stone fluid to sustain the body. The second half contains The Ballad of the True Lord of the Supreme Purity, which elaborates on the essential secrets of fire control for the Reverted Elixir.
