Heart Scripture of the Celestial Mother
This scripture proclaims that the Dipper Mother is the mother of the many stars of the Big Dipper, who gives birth to and forms all beings, refines and saves ghosts and spirits, and eliminates all inauspicious matters within heaven and earth. Her revered titles include “Primordial Lady of the Dipper Mother of the Brahma Qi of the Central Heaven,” “King of Great Perfection Moonlight,” “Great Sage of Heavenly Medicine, Benevolent Salvation Imperial Lord of the Eastern Flower,” etc.
It also states that the Dipper Mother governs the human body: the human face has seven orifices corresponding to the heart; the soul has seven true spirits corresponding to the Dipper. Those who cultivate the great elixir of nine cycles and seven returns, with sincere devotion to the Dipper Mother, will suddenly awaken to the mysterious gate, manifest the numinous light, attain purity within and without, and naturally realize and certify the Way of the Great Mystery, ascending to the Jade Capital.
