Illustrated Records of Kuaiji Daoist Sites
According to the Postscript written in the fourth year of the Zhenghe reign (1114) at the end of the volume by Ye Shu, a successful candidate in the imperial examination from Yuezhou, this book was actually compiled by Ye through extracting the Taoist-related sections from Li Zonge's Illustrated Classic of Yuezhou, with minor supplements added. Divided into six sections, it narrates the Taoist abbeys, mountains, rivers and scenic historical sites at Longrui Abbey, Kuaiji Mountain, Wanwei Mountain, Shedi Mountain, Jianyu Mountain and Zhenghong Mountain in Kuaiji (present-day Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province), as well as legends of immortals and divine wonders at each place, with brief accounts for all the entries.
