This text is presumably a Taoist work of the Pure Brightness Sect from the Song Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, and is included in the Taiping Section of the Daozang.
Jade Pivot Canon of Stillness and Clarity
The scripture is composed of seven-character mnemonic verses, expounding the method of visualization in seated meditation at night. It contains the lines: "Jade Perfection is originally established in the mind's visualization; the focused thought must be serene and steadfast. Thus one knows Pure Brightness is always clear and discerning—this is the essential state of the Jade Perfection Pivot."
