Laojun's Five-Animal Health Methods
Originally attributed to "Transmitted by Hua Tuo to Wu Pu of Guangling", this text is suspected to be a forgery by Taoist Priest of the The Tang Dynasty.
It is included in the Methods Category of the The Dongshen Section in The Daozang.

Laojun's Five-Animal Health Methods
The text is divided into four parts:
- "Five Beasts": Details the practice of the Five-Animal Qigong, which imitates the movements of the tiger, bear, deer, monkey, and bird.
- "Six Qi": Explains the method of respiration (tu na) to treat zang-fu organ diseases.
- "Health Preservation": Outlines essential health principles such as cherishing vitality, restraining desires, eliminating six harms, and practicing the "Twelve Moderations".
- "Qi Cultivation": Describes techniques of respiration and visualization, core practices of Internal Alchemy.
