The original work consists of one scroll and is included in the Memorials category of the Dongxuan Section of the Daozang.

This book compiles seventeen types of documents used by the Pure Brightness Sect to submit to the Celestial Pivot Court and the gods of the Heavenly Ministry, including documentary formats, verdicts, memorials, and official notices. These documents include: memorials with talismans requesting funds and supplies from the Celestial Pivot Court; petitions submitted by patients, asking for heavenly soldiers, divine generals, Earth Gods, City Gods, and judges to assist in capturing the evil spirits and ghosts possessing the patients; as well as official notices and memorials for recommending disciples and transmitting scriptures, precepts, and ritual artifacts to them.
