Also known as Qi Scripture of Mr. Taiwu, this text was roughly compiled during the The Tang Dynasty. Comprising two volumes, it is included in the Methods Category of the The Dongshen Section in The Daozang.
The New Book of Tang·Bibliography records this work with a note: "Anonymous; transmitted to the author by the True Person Wang from Luofu Mountain during the Dali period (766–779 CE)." The Comprehensive Records of Literature·Bibliographic Survey classifies Qi Scripture of Mr. Taiwu (two volumes) under the Taoist category, attributing it to Li Fengshi.

Notably, the preface and qi-cultivation techniques of this text are identical to Mr. Taiwu’s Qi-Cultivation Method collected in Volume 59 of Yunji Qiqian (Seven Bamboo Slips of the Cloudy Satchel). The preface describes that during the Dali period, the author encountered the True Person Wang from Luofu Mountain, who was returning from the Northern Yue (Beiyue Hengshan), and received the scriptures and secret formulas from him. Additionally, its qi-cultivation techniques are almost identical to Mr. Zhang Guo’s Qi-Cultivation Method (also included in the same volume), with only minor textual variations of a few characters.
