Scripture of Unveiling the Secret Treasury 太上洞玄灵宝开演秘密藏经

Originally the ninth volume of Taixuan Zhenyi Benji Jing (Supreme Mystery True One Scripture of the Original Boundary), this work is included in the Benwen (Scripture Text) category of the Dongxuan Section in the Daozang.

When Wu Qiyu published the Dunhuang manuscript of Taixuan Zhenyi Benji Jing, he first discovered that the text of its ninth volume is identical to this scripture. The scripture records dialogues between the Supreme Dao Lord and the Lord of the Supreme Wei Heaven, expounding the true Dao and the profound methods of the secret treasury. The Supreme Dao Lord answers fourteen questions in sequence, including the origin of the Dao, the origin of sages, the fruition of the Dao, the relationship between the mortal body and the Dao body, and the concepts of causality and acausality.
