Heavenly Heart Orthodox Dharma originates from the teachings of the Zhengyi Sect, focusing on summoning gods and capturing ghosts, eliminating evil and curing diseases through talismans and prohibitive incantations.

Shangqing Northern Pole Correct Rites
The book first records three important talismans in Heavenly Heart Orthodox Dharma: the Great Tiangang Sage Talisman, the Black Subjugation Talisman, and the Three Luminaries Talisman, together with related ritual procedures.
Next are short essays such as General Summary of the Heavenly Heart Three Luminaries, Treatise on the Sun, Treatise on the Moon, and Treatise on Tiangang, outlining the origin and application principles of Heavenly Heart Orthodox Dharma.
It also includes methods that combine talismans and incantations with alchemical practices, such as “Supreme Clarity Department Qi Ingestion Root Red Essence Golden Elixir Supreme Method”.
The content described in the entire book is considerably more concise than that in Supreme Clarity Heavenly Heart Orthodox Dharma.
