Supreme Clarity Qi-Absorption Formulas

This oral formula details methods for absorbing primordial Qi, such as retaining qi without letting it escape and guiding it to disperse with intentional focus; seizing the right timing to keep the Dantian (elixir field) constantly full, and so on. It also contains techniques for absorbing external qi—for instance, at midnight when primordial qi begins to generate, brushing the teeth, licking the lips, inhaling through the nose, and swallowing through the mouth, which allows vital qi to circulate through all meridians. Additionally, it includes practices like massage, visualization, and upholding the "One" (a core Taoist concept of unification).
