Supreme Inner Alchemy Scripture of True Stillness

The scripture is originally titled as transmitted by the Purple Radiance Heavenly Mother of Qinghua from the Seven Treasures Divine Mountain of the Southern Peak. It claims to be the wondrous Dao of cultivating perfection bestowed by the Primordial Celestial Thearch.

The scripture states: “Movement divides into two as yin; quiescence holds to one as yang. The two undergo change; the one abides in constancy. Knowing the constant, one awakens to clarity; embracing the one, unites with the numinous. If you wish everlasting vision, you must ingest the Golden Crystal. Stabilize the spirit, move the qi, true breath unceasing: Cherish the unceasing, mystery upon mystery. In the Middle Field flows fire; the yin soul ascends to meet it. Kan and Li intersect and firm; transformation follows nature.”

The elixir method described appears to be the dual cultivation of yin and yang, ultimately attaining “yin departs, yang is pure, and transcendence in broad daylight.”
