Bian Yujing, also known by her alternative name Saisai and literary name Daoren Yujing (Taoist Priestess Yujing), was a native of Qinhuai (a historical area in present-day Nanjing, Jiangsu Province) during the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.

She was a famous courtesan in the Jiangnan region (the area south of the Yangtze River, known for its cultural prosperity). She excelled at painting orchid grass, was skilled in poetry and calligraphy, and could play the guqin (a traditional Chinese seven-stringed zither).

After the fall of the Ming Dynasty, she became a Taoist nun.

Paul Peng is a Zhengyi Taoist priest from Longhu Mountain, Jiangxi — the ancestral home of the Celestial Masters' tradition. Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
