Roughly completed in the second year of the Zhizhi reign period of Emperor Yingzong of the Yuan Dynasty (1322).
The Chapter Exposition of Dao De Jing
Consisting of two volumes, it is included in the Yujue (Jade Commentary) category of the Dongshen Section of the Daozang (Daoist Canon).

Both the annotations and eulogies are written in rhymed verses, with lines of four, five, or seven characters. Its core purpose is to interpret the Dao of the Laozi through the concepts of qi, principle, nature, and destiny.
