Chen Chengde, a native of Eastern Sichuan during the Republic of China.

Styled Lingxiao, he came from a Confucian family and studied the Four Books and Five Classics.

Proficient in medicine from a youngient in medicine from a young age, he served as a military doctor in the outer regiment of Xiong Kewu, the Military Governor of Sichuan.

After Xiong Kewu's defeat, Chengde became a Taoist priest and resided at Changchun Temple.

He saved numerous lives with his medical skills, and his Taoist virtue and reputation resounded throughout Hubei.

Paul Peng is a Zhengyi Taoist priest from Longhu Mountain, Jiangxi — the ancestral home of the Celestial Masters' tradition. Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
