Chen Qiongshan was a Taoist priest of Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi during the late Song and early Yuan dynasties.

In the first year of the Yanyou era of the Yuan Dynasty (1314), he was posthumously conferred the title of "Xiangxian Baoyi Yuansu True Person".
