Chen Yidao was a native of Qiantang during the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty.

His Taoist name was Yuanqiao Zhenyi, and his Buddhist name was Xiangyuan Juemin.

He was fond of Taoist arts, advocated Buddhist principles, and gained recognition from Ruan Yuan. He began to study Taoism at the age of sixty, serving Min Yide as his teacher and becoming a disciple of the Longmen School (Dragon Gate School) of Taoism.

He authored works such as Sanjiao Zhenquan (True Interpretation of the Three Teachings), Fayuan Juyan (Grand Words from the Dharma Garden), Renyuan Mizhi (Esoteric Essentials of Human Origin), and Qingguo Neijing (Inner Classic of the Green City Wall).

Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
