Chen Yingzhen was a figure during the Chenghua reign of the Ming Dynasty.
He held the positions of Deputy Duji of the Daoji Si (a government agency overseeing local Taoist affairs in the Ming Dynasty) and concurrently served as the abbot of Longquan Guan (Longquan Taoist Temple).
