It is included in The Daozang (Taoist Canon), under the Dongxuan Section, Ritual Category.
The main content of this work is paying homage to fifteen Heavenly Worthies including the Three Pure Ones, Taiyi the Savior from Suffering, Jiuyou the Redeemer from Sins, and Shifang the Savior from Suffering, as well as two True Immortals: Jiuku (Savior from Suffering) and Daihui (Great Grace). It involves praising the precious title of Qinghua (Azure Blossom), reciting the Sutra of Rescuing from Suffering, repenting for the sins committed by the deceased during their lifetime, and praying to the Heavenly Worthies to absolve the sins and transcend the deceased souls to the blissful realm of the Three Pure Ones.
