The Daoist Classic of Liezi

Originally titled Liezi, it is traditionally attributed to Lie Yukou, a scholar of the Warring States Period.

The Hanshu·Yiwenzhi (Book of Han·Treatise on Literature and Arts) recorded eight chapters of the Liezi, which were lost long ago.

The Yang Zhu chapter advocates seizing the day and indulging in pleasures without restraint, which has been criticized by later generations.
