The Dongzhen Jinfang Duming Lüzi Huinian Sanhua Baoyao Neizhen Shangjing 洞真金房度命绿字回年三华宝曜内真上经

Referred to in abbreviation as The Scripture of the Golden Chamber for Extending Life or The Inner Truth Scripture of the Golden Chamber.

As one of the early classics of the Shangqing School (Higher Clarity School) of Taoism, it was roughly compiled during the Southern and Northern Dynasties.

This scripture has been cited several times in The Essential Secrets of the Supreme (Wushang Miyao). The original text consists of one scroll and is included in the "Zhengyi" (Orthodox Unity) section of the Daozang (Taoist Canon). The scripture is pseudonymously attributed to being transmitted by the Void Sovereign Dao Lord (Xuhuang Daojun) and expounds on the "Way of Extending Life and Restoring Years".

It claims that every part of the human body is inhabited by divine beings, and each of these gods has its own name and official duty. If practitioners recite the scripture, visualize the divine beings, cultivate and ingest qi (vital energy), and swallow talismans in accordance with the prescribed method, they can rejuvenate their bodies, ascend to heaven in broad daylight, attain the rank of a celestial minister, shine in brilliance alongside the Three Luminaries (sun, moon, and stars), and enjoy a lifespan as long as heaven and earth.

The main text of the scripture is written in seven-character rhymed verses, which is similar to the style of The Huangting Jing (The Yellow Court Scripture).
