The Dongzhen Taishang Danjing Daojing Jing 洞真太上丹景道精经

It is one of the early classics of the Shangqing School, probably compiled during the Southern and Northern Dynasties.

Tao Hongjing’s The Secret Formula for Ascending to Immortality and Volume 47 of The Supreme Secret Essentials have already quoted this book.

It is a one-volume work and included in the "Zhengyi Section" of the Taoist Canon. The book contains fourteen pieces of The Jade Scenery Inner Truth Golden Chapters: The Verses of the Supreme Purity Three Yuan Lords' Qu Su Formula and one piece of The Supreme Purity Golden Truth Inner Truth Incantation for Eliminating Demons, all of which are four-character or five-character incantations. It is claimed that these golden chapters and true incantations are "the precious verses of the Supreme Purity Three Yuan Lords" and were passed down to the world by the Real Person Huang Tong (Youthful True Person) of Mr. Tai Gu, Gu Xizi.

If Taoist practitioners visualize, pay homage to the Supreme Purity Yuan Lord and the Supreme Wang Chen Lord in accordance with the method, and recite the chapters and incantations, they can summon the divine spirits of the Five Great Mountains, as well as the Three Officials (of Heaven, Earth, and Water) including the Director of Destinies, the Director of Rank and Emoluments, and the Northern Emperor. This practice can drive away goblins, subdue demons, erase one’s name from the register of sins, deliver seven generations of ancestors from suffering, and soar to the Three Heavens.

In addition, there is another two-volume work The Shangqing Scripture of the Elixir Scenery and Dao Essence: The Eight Arts of Hiding in the Earth in the "Zhengyi Section" of the Taoist Canon, which discusses the techniques of transformation and concealment. Its content is different from this book.
