The Fang Pinle 方贫乐
Paul PengShare
Fang Pinle lived during the late Five Dynasties and early Northern Song Dynasty.
He worshipped Marshal Tianpeng as his primary deity and practiced the "Tiaolao Method" (a Taoist ritual for relieving plagues or chronic illnesses) to help the world and save people.

As recorded in Zichen Xuanshu (The Mysterious Book of the Purple Palace): "Fang Pinle possessed Taoist magical arts, which were often efficacious. He had a large number of disciples, and founded the Fengdu Beidi School (also known as the Tianpeng School) of Taoism."
Later, he passed down his teachings to Yan Daoxing, who then transmitted them to Guo Yingqi. Guo Yingqi passed them on to Zhang Yuanchang, and Zhang Yuanchang further passed them to Zhang Shunlie. By the mid-Yuan Dynasty, this school gradually faded into obscurity.
