Fei Yangde (?–1808) was a native of Qianjin, Wuxing (now part of Jiangsu Province) during the Qianlong and Jiaqing reigns of the Qing Dynasty.

His original name was Hanwen; his courtesy name was Tongzhen, and his literary name was Danxin.

At the age of six, he became a Taoist Priest at Kaihua Yuan (Kaihua Courtyard) in Shecun Village and converted to the Qingwei School (Pure Subtlety School) of Taoism.

As recorded in Jingai Xindeng (The Lamp of the Heart at Jingai Mountain): Yangde was inherently pure and diligent. In the 46th year of the Qianlong reign (1781), he studied under Preceptor Shen Qingyun, who conferred the Great Precepts (a high-level set of Taoist ethical and spiritual guidelines) upon him; he then changed his name to Yangde. From this point on, his Taoist attainments progressed even further, and his responses to prayers were particularly efficacious.

In February of the 13th year of the Jiaqing reign (1808), he passed away due to illness at the age of over 70.

He was a 12th-generation Preceptor (a Taoist master specializing in transmitting precepts) of the Longmen School (Dragon Gate School) of Quanzhen Taoism.
