The Feng Sheng 冯生

Feng Sheng was a person who lived during the Wei and Jin dynasties.
Baopuzi Neipian·Zayin Pian (Inner Chapters of the Master Who Embraces Simplicity: Chapter on Miscellaneous Responses) states that he was skilled in health preservation, daoyin (guiding energy through movement), and qi absorption techniques.
He practiced bigu (abstention from grains) and did not eat. He never spoke loudly, and held that "breaking off from grains, which leads to the loss of essence and consumption of qi, is the greatest taboo."
