Fu Yingchen was a Daoist priest of Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi during the late Song and early Yuan Dynasties.

In the 6th year of the Dade period (1302) of the Yuan Dynasty, he was officially appointed by imperial order as "Mingyuan Chongmiao Quande Dharma Master" and "Zhuchi Tidian (Abbot-Supervisor) of Nanhai Temple."
