Guo Yulong was a native of the capital during the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties period.
He was also known by the Taoist titles "Shang Jingyuan Jun" (Lord Shang Jingyuan) and "Dong Qingyuan Jun" (Lord Dong Qingyuan).

As stated in Qingwei Xianpu (The Immortal Genealogy of the Qingwei School), he studied under Zu Shu and learned the Qingwei Thunder Magic (a crucial esoteric practice of the Qingwei School of Taoism). Later, he attained the Taoist position of "Qingwei Taixia Shichen" (Attendant Minister of the Great Radiance of the Qingwei School) and resided in the Zixu Mansion (a mythical Taoist residence).

Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
