He Shouyi was a Taoist nun active during the Jin and Yuan dynasties.

As recorded in Lu yi County Chronicle, her husband was Ao Dun Xidao, who held the official positions of "Huaiyuan Da Jiangjun" (Grand General of Guarding Distant Frontiers) and "Ninghai Du Xunshi" (Chief Patrol Officer of Ninghai).
In the fourth year of the Taihe era (1201) of the Jin Dynasty, He Shouyi, along with her entire family, put on Taoist robes. She studied under Taoist masters Qiu Changchun, Wang Yuyang, and Hao Taigu, and thus became a nun of the Quanzhen School of Taoism.

He Shouyi was pure, resolute, and had the aspirations of a virtuous man. She propagated Taoist teachings and practiced the Dao in the Yanjing and Jizhou regions (ancient areas roughly covering parts of present-day Beijing and Tianjin).

Those who recognized her virtue regarded her as admirable and followed her; she was held in high esteem within the Taoist community. Her virtues were recommended to the imperial court, which bestowed upon her the Taoist title "Guangli Xumiao Jizhao Zhenren" (Immortal of Broad Grace, Mysterious Subtlety, and Silent Illumination). She resided at Qingzhen Guan (Pure Truth Taoist Temple) in Dadu (the capital of the Yuan Dynasty, now Beijing).
