Hong Shengbao (?–1054) was a native of Jizhou during the Northern Song Dynasty.
She lived in seclusion as a female Taoist priest at Jiangjun Yan (General Rock) in Putian.

After the age of fifty, she moved to Longquan in Hui'an to practice fuqi bigu (a Taoist practice involving breathing exercises to replace food intake by refining vital energy). She passed away in the sixth year of the You period (1064).
