The Hua Ying 华英

Hua Ying was a native of Fengxiang (now part of Shaanxi Province) during the Northern Song Dynasty and held the Taoist title "Zhenren Qingxu" (True Person of Pure Emptiness).

From childhood, he studied Confucian classics. When he grew up, he resigned from his official post to pursue Taoism and became a transmitter of the Qingwei Taoist School.
Later, he attained a celestial rank and was certified as "Qingwei Mingyuan Zuoqing Dongyang Shangzai" (a high-ranking celestial official in the Qingwei Taoist pantheon, corresponding to the position of Left Minister of Bright Origin and Supreme Governor of Cave Yang in the Pure Emptiness realm).
