Huang Pan, a renowned senior Taoist priest (Gao Gong) in Quanzhou during the late Qing Dynasty, styled Zehua and Taoist name Conglong.
He received the Taoist ordination certificate from the Heavenly Master Zhang at Dragon and Tiger Mountain in Jiangxi Province and was officially registered as a Zhengyi Taoist priest.

During the Guangxu reign (1875-1908), he presided over Taoist rituals. (From Records of Quanzhou Prefecture)
