Jia Daoxuan was a figure of the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties. He was a disciple of He Daoquan, practiced Taoism at Guifeng Peak of Zhongnan Mountain, and compiled his teacher’s recorded sayings, poems, and verses into Yinji Yinghua Lu (Record of Responding to Transformation in Seclusion) in two volumes.
