Kong Yingqi was a figure during the reign of Emperor Yingzong of the Song Dynasty. He served as Daozheng (a Taoist administrative official) of Tianqing Guan (Tianqing Taoist Temple) and was granted a purple sash and a brocade robe as an imperial reward. In the second year of the Zhiping era (1065), he raised funds to rebuild Cufang Bridge.
