Kong Yunfeng (1653—?) was a native of Liuji Zhuang, Tai'an Prefecture, Shandong Province (now Tai'an County, Shandong Province) in the early Qing Dynasty. His courtesy name was Zhiqing and his Taoist title was Shangyangzi.

In his early years, he studied Confucian classics. In his middle age, he became fond of and aspired to Taoism. In his later years, he met Xu Quqian, from whom he received the Taoist doctrines of the Nanwu School. He later became the 13th Patriarch of the Nanwu School.
