Paul PengShare
Li Bofang was a Taoist priest at Dongguan Courtyard on Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi during the Chenghua reign of the Ming Dynasty.
He passed down Taoist teachings to Zhenren Shao Yuanjie (Zhenren is a title for accomplished Taoist masters, and "Zhiyi" was Shao Yuanjie’s honorific epithet). Later, Li Bofang was posthumously awarded the title "Hongfan Zhenren" (a honorific recognizing his broad and exemplary contributions to Taoism).
Details of his life can be found in Longhu Mountain Records.
