Li Jingchang was a figure in the early Ming Dynasty.
He was a Taoist priest of the Zhengyi (Orthodox Unity) School.
He served as the Daoji (Taoist Administrator) of Jingzhou Prefecture in Huguang.

During the Yongle era, he was officially appointed by imperial order as the "Tidian" (Senior Administrator) of Dasheng Nanyan Palace (Great Sage Sage Nanyan Palace) at Wudang Mountain.
