The Li Zhongzhi 李仲治

Paul Peng
Li Zhongzhi was a Taoist priest of Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi during the early Ming Dynasty, and his literary name was Liao'an.

Hearing that Zhu Zhiqing had built the Ancestral Hall of Duke Lu Wen'an, he went to travel with him.

Later, he went to Jinxi, where he met Huang Yinshi, who was giving lectures at Banshan (Half Mountain). They gathered to discuss the doctrine of "original mind" together, and the entire audience was deeply moved. This gathering was known as "Xiao Ehu" (Little Goose Lake).

Detailed records of him can be found in Longhushan Zhi (Gazetteer of Longhu Mountain).
