The Liu Mengding 刘梦鼎

Liu Mengding was a native of Chong'an (now part of Fujian Province) at the end of the Southern Song Dynasty.

He became a Taoist priest by studying under Huang Shunshen, from whom he received the transmission of Qingwei Thunder Magic. He performed Lingbao Zhaijiao (ritual ceremonies of the Lingbao School) which proved effective, and was held in high esteem by people of his time.
