Lu Guang (142–?), also known as Da'an, was a native of Xishu (present-day western Sichuan) during the Three Kingdoms period.
According to Volume 21 of Lishi Zhenxian Tidao Tongjian (Comprehensive Mirror of True Immortals Through the Ages Who Embodied the Dao), he admired metaphysical methods from childhood. When he grew up, he abandoned his family and practiced Daoism in the mountains.
He encountered a divine being who imparted to him the scriptures and registers of the Six Heavens' Wish-Fulfilling Primordial Unity Great Law. Later, he resided in Mount Hua, where he passed down the Primordial Unity Dao registers to Ding Yi, the Primordial Unity scriptures to Guo Pu, and the Primordial Unity Dao methods to Xu Xun.
He passed away after dreaming that he received an immortal official position.
