Luo Xiaoyuan (1672–?) was a native of Xishan County (ancient place name, now roughly in Hebei or Shanxi region) during the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty. His courtesy name was Guyi, and his literary name was Fuxi Zi.

In his youth, he engaged in trade; in his prime, he met Kong Yunfeng, who taught him the profound Taoist doctrines. Later, Luo Xiaoyuan became the 14th Patriarch of the Nanwu Sect (a branch of Taoism).
