The Mu Qingfeng 穆清风

Mu Qingfeng was a figure during the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty. His courtesy name was Yufang.

As recorded in Taishang Lümai Yuanliu (The Origin and Development of the Supreme Precept Lineage): "His original clan surname was Lü; later, he was adopted into the Mu family, so he changed his surname to Mu. From a young age, he admired the profound principles of Taoism. Later, he traveled to famous mountains and rivers across the country, and upon arriving at Qianyuan Guan (Qianyuan Taoist Temple) in the Wuyue region of Jiangnan (the lower Yangtze River basin), he met Zhan Tailin, a Lvshi (Precept Master). Zhan Tailin imparted the sect’s doctrines and traditions to him. From then on, Mu Qingfeng dedicated himself to Taoist practice with great determination, never ceasing even in severe cold or sweltering heat. In the 48th year of the Kangxi reign (1709), he officially began transmitting the Major Precepts, thus becoming the 10th-generation precept-transmitting Lvshi of the Taoist lineage."
